Comparing




London is smaller than Tokyo.

Compared to Tokyo, Kyoto is more historical and traditional.

Experiences




I have ridden a horse, it was fun, but a little scary.
馬に乗った事があります、楽しかったけど、ちょっと怖かった。

I often go cycling, it is fun and good for my health.
私はよくサイクリングに行く、それは楽しくて健康に良い。

I went to Kobe last month.
先月神戸に行った。

I want to experience riding in a helicopter.
私はヘリコプターに乗ってみたい。

Going to Takayama was a good experience.
高山に行った事はいい経験だった。

英語の単語「POLYGLOT」を知っている?意味はたくさんの外国語が出来る人。もし外国語を勉強したら、単語を学ぶのはすごく大切だが、覚えにくいでしょう。もし新しい単語を話せたら、ほとんどの人はその言葉を覚えていると信じている。でも「POLYGLOT」の考え方はもしその言葉を聞いて、意味が分かったら、その言葉を覚えている。僕の意見ではその考え方は素晴らしくて自然の事。一歳ぐらいから赤ちゃんはちょっとだけ単語を話す。でも聞く時たくさんの言葉の意味を知っている。赤ちゃんは同じ言葉をよく聞いた後、突然その言葉を話す。だから、僕の意見ではもし新し単語を覚えたかったら、その言葉をよく聞いた方がいい。

 たくさんの日本人は真面目に英語を勉強するが、英語を話すチャンスの時、英語を言わない。話したいけど、早くいろいろな言い訳を考える。例えば...「私の文法が変」、「私の質問はあまり良くない」とか「発音は自信がない」。最近アメリカの作家、MEL ROBINSの本、五秒ルールを読んだ。もし何かがしたいチャンスが来て、でも自信がなかったら、心の中で五から一までをカウントダウンして、その事を早くした方がいい。カウントダウンの中で言い訳が出来ない。すごくいい心理的なトリック。だから、もし英語を話すチャンスが来たら、あなたの心の中で、五、四、三、二、一をカウントダウンして、英語を話す。英語を頑張れ。僕は日本語を頑張ります。
